Join Leyla for a transformative 7-day yoga retreat on the sacred banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, the spiritual heart of India. This unique retreat is inspired by the rich mythology and symbolism of the Hindu gods and goddesses, weaving their timeless stories into our daily practices.

Each day, we will explore the qualities of deities such as Shiva, Parvati, Ganesha, Garuda, Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Hanuman through asana, mantra, meditation, and myth. Set against the powerful energy of the Himalayas and the healing flow of Ma Ganga, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your own divine essence, cultivate inner strength, wisdom, love, and clarity, and deepen your spiritual journey in a truly sacred setting.

The retreat will include daily yoga and meditation, satsang at Parmarth Niketan, aarti and other rituals along with excursions to nearby temples and sites. Also included are Ayurvedic massages and consultations — all curated for a balance of stillness and movement.
