Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, where time seems to move more slowly, lies another historic body of water — the Mediterranean Sea. With its deep blues and turquoise hues glistening under endless skies, and framed by rugged mountains and ancient landscapes, North Cyprus is a place that quietly calls you inward. It is a destination that belongs on your not-to-be-missed list — not for spectacle, but for its soul.
It is here in North Cyprus that we will come together on a journey of transformation, stepping into the process of becoming a yoga teacher.
Nestled between the Kyrenia mountain range and the Mediterranean coastline, North Cyprus feels like a meeting point between earth and sea, history and stillness. Olive groves, hidden coves, and timeless villages create an atmosphere that feels both grounding and expansive — a true sanctuary away from modern noise.
Once shaped by centuries of civilisations, North Cyprus remains refreshingly untouched. It attracts those seeking simplicity, spaciousness, and a deeper connection to nature — travellers drawn not by excess, but by authenticity, presence, and quiet beauty.
Here, life unfolds at a gentler pace. Surrounded by nature, we seek answers not only from books, but from the land itself — from the rhythm of the sea, the strength of the mountains, and the subtle whispers within.
Our diet will be nourishing, delicious, vegan, organic where possible homemade.Students will practice Asana, Pranayama & Meditation daily along with having lectures & discussions on the essential topics for practicing and living yoga.
A portion of the training will be pre recorded lessons sent out prior to the journey to Cyprus. The Anatomy portion of your YTT will be in your pre course work. Some asana practices to enable you to become familiar with the way I guide and recordings of set sequences like surya namaskar.
