We will begin on the morning of the 4th, you are welcome to arrive on the 3rd and we can eat in town together that evening or early on the morning on the 4th if that suits you better.

Tucked away in a peaceful forest and overlooking a pristine lake.
This retreat venue lies with in a vast private estate. It features a sun-drenched coastline, direct access to crystal clear water and a sandy beach, just 90 minutes from Helsinki and 14 kilometres from Mikkeli, Finland.
How will you spend your days?
This is more than a yoga retreat — it’s an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and realign with the rhythms of the natural world. This intimate retreat offers :
- Daily vinyasa + yin yoga always playful – inspired by Nordic nature
- Yoga Nidra, guided and silent meditation
- Morning breath-work and kriya

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat is for those seeking clarity, peace, and connection — to nature, to self, to stillness.

Benny started out practicing Hatha and Iyengar yoga from the age of 15, but only discovered Yin Yoga in 2015, finally becoming a teacher in 2017. Since then she has never looked back and continues training in and teaching this wonderful practice wherever and whenever she can. Based in Kenya, she teaches studio classes in Nairobi.
Jordan has been practicing yoga for over 10 years in the US, Europe and Kenya. She received certification in Baptiste Power Yoga with the Africa Yoga Project in Kenya, completed the Karuna YTT in 2018 and recently completed a course in yoga for 12-step recovery.
