Whether you are already an experienced Vinyasa teacher, OR building towards your 300 hours with Karuna – this is perfect to keep the light of learning in your heart ignited.
Finally, after a long time planning and praying to host in person events we are excited to be back! Our spiritual home Lamu…
Join us for 5 days of learning, sharing, moving and connecting with your Karuna Spirit. We will explore intuitive and intelligent movement and then learn to incorporate them in our yoga offerings.
Often as vinyasa teachers we can become stagnant in patterns and rhythms of movement. This training will help us break through our creative barriers and find the magic of vinyasa.
Right after the beautiful Lamu Yoga Festival, we will dive into this gently paced training from 11th – 16th October.
In this training you can expect to:
- Retreat and reconnect
- Learn new ways to move and keep up with the ever evolving practice of Vinyasa
- Rekindle your love for guiding/teaching
- Unlock your creativity and plan beautiful and unique class sequences
- Be loved for, nurtured and cared for.
We want to see you and are trying to make it as accessible as we can! So here are the options you can chose to join us:
- Education only
You can join us for the education module and make all other arrangements yourself based on your budget and plans. You will be welcome to all special communal meals as well! This works perfectly for those who already live in Lamu or have preferred accommodations.
