The Karuna team, you put your heart and soul in designing this course. The amount of knowledge we receive in 3 weeks is unbelievable. All the lectures and asana practices were equally interesting. To be able to stick by a syllabus and adding your own knowledge/experiences and keeping time for group exercises and enough rest is remarkable. I never felt like we were missing out on information or rushing into a lecture.
I am so glad that during such a hectic course you managed to give us time to bond and share! I am grateful that all our needs were so well taken care of that we could completely focus on what you were teaching. Leyla and Payal, you both are great gurus. You have taken me to a path of svadhyaya that I will forever be grateful for. Your in-depth knowledge in everything amazes me.
It made me feel like I’m sitting in a Gurukul in India. Sarah and Sophie could teach us the most complex things in the simplest words. I never really understood what yoga meant. For me it was just doing those amazing asanas. You both added meaning to those asanas for me.
